The files are produced in Microsoft PowerPoint. If you aren’t running the latest version and you’re having trouble opening the slideshows, let us know and we can provide the files in an older version.

We recommend downloading your kit to your computer by following the download instructions contained in your email. You will have the ZIP file downloaded onto your computer, which can be opened or extracted to another location.
In Windows, Right Click the downloaded file, right click and select ‘Extract All’ to save your files into your preferred folder.
For Mac, double-click the zip file and the file will be decompressed into the same folder.

Yes! Our kit runs on Windows, Mac and all tablets. When running for an event, it’s recommended to run from a laptop and test the presentations thoroughly on your equipment prior to the event.
Access to a big screen(s) should be secured for your event – either a large TV(s) or a projector. You will also need an output for sound; HDMI cables support both video and sound for most Big Screen TVs. If using a projector, it’s quite easy to run an audio cable from your laptop to an external sound system. A microphone is also recommended, otherwise you might lose your voice in a large venue!!

Of course! Keep in mind that most times you run an event, it will be for colleagues and friends. They will be wanting for you to succeed and our kit provides the tools you need to deliver a great event! We provide plenty of tips
TIPS – arrive and set up and test equipment early. Be familiar with slides, especially the animations. Test clicker. You’ll be most nervous at the start – know the start of the first round and intro really well. Try and tee up a couple of people to assist if needed – you may not need them but it’ll be invaluable if required! Checklist – someone to introduce you? Someone to hand out table game? Someone to write up scores?
Remember, even the most seasoned quiz masters had to host their first trivia event sometime!

It varies a lot from question to question, but what we strive to do is pull together a great mix of difficult, medium and easy questions in each round. It’s important to have a good mix to ensure players are neither bored from questions that are too easy, nor annoyed from impossibly difficult questions!
