We will not only run the events activities, but provide you with resources and checklists to ensure that anyone involved in co-ordinating the event spends the least time and effort possible to deliver a highly engaging and successful event.

Pricing

The cost of the Ultimate Trivia Experience is $AUD 650.00 (incl. GST) inclusive of all elements above. Should a booking be for a location other than Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs, an additional travel surcharge of $75.00 may apply.

IMPORTANT

  • please ensure the Event MC will have access to the venue 1 hour prior to start, and also access to power for running the evening
  • please ensure the venue will have a wall we can project slide shows onto. Our events rely heavily upon providing a premium experience to our customers, by ensuring all questions are displayed for all to read. Visuals are also imperative for the Music and Movie rounds.

Our Booking Process

Pay a deposit to secure your booking, with full payment due 14 days prior to the event

We will send a tax invoice and your event resources so you can start planning the big event!

We’ll be in touch between the booking and the event to make sure everything is on track, and you can contact us anytime for advice
